TOSS Format, otherwise known as the 'Eternal Format', was a period in Yu-Gi-Oh's history remembered for its diverse and varied meta, ranging from grindy backrow-oriented control decks, to wombo-combo piles that push out powerful interaction turn one. Featuring the likes of Thunder Dragon, Orcust, Salamangreat, Sky Striker, Endymion and other Guardragon variants, Gren Maju OTK, Altergeist, and many, many more, this format is a melting pot of old favourites from yesteryear, rogue picks from today, and unique decks that have not seen relevance outside of this short period.

This particular event takes place in the format of YCS Portland, 2019 - following the 15th of July 2019 forbidden & limited list, with the most recent set being 'Fists of the Gadgets'.

Many resources are available online for this format, such as www.tossformat.com, old YouTube decklists, or Yugioh Top Decks.

With most cards from this format being powercrept in the modern day, recently reprinted, or still used to this day, you can build many of the top decks for relatively cheap.

Everyone is welcome! At Ozzie Collectables, we're dedicated to fostering a safe, fun and friendly community. If you don’t know how to play or are new to the community, our friendly tournament staff will gladly guide you. We love getting to know our local community whilst creating a fun, safe and rewarding space for all your local events!

RSVPs are not required for locals but are highly preferred to avoid missing out on a spot as space can be limited. Please RSVP to our Facebook event on the relevant event date and pre-register online to avoid disappointment. 

Tournaments kick off at the advertised start time sharp but may be delayed 10-15 minutes if players are running late and call ahead of time. Please note if we do not hear from you or the delay exceeds 15 minutes, for the fairness of all players the tournament will go ahead as scheduled. Players who arrive after the beginning of round one may still be able to play with a round one loss, subject to availability and staff discretion.
