Q. How do I play Spin to Win?
A. Players can select which Spin to Win game they'd like to play by visiting the collection page. Each game has a different top prize, and a variety of other prizes up for grabs. Simply visit the product page of the game you'd like to play and click 'Spin the Wheel' to play! The game will deduct the quantity of Ozzie Coins needed to play for each spin from your balance.

Q. How much does it cost?
A. Each Spin to Win game costs a certain number of Ozzie Coins per spin. Ozzie Coins are not directly equivalent to any monetary value, but rather are loyalty points that you can earn in a variety of ways. Placing an order, following our socials, and leaving a review are all ways to earn Ozzie Coins. If your balance is running low, you can also now pay to top up your Ozzie Coins balance.

Q. Can I still redeem my Ozzie Coins for coupons instead?
A. Yes, you can choose to spend your Ozzie Coins for coupons/discounts, or Spin to Win plays. It's completely up to you.

Q. What is the rarity of the top prize? How likely am I to win?
A. The rarity of each top prize will depend on the game. Each spin gives you an equal random chance to win any of the prizes available for any given game. Most prizes will have a certain quantity of different prizes up for grabs, with just one top prize available. You can find a list of all available prizes in the product description of each Spin to Win game. Once all the prizes have been won, the game will no longer be available to play.

Q. Am I guaranteed to get a prize?
A. Yes, you are guaranteed to win at least one prize with every spin!

Q. I won a prize, but I don't want it. Can I cancel my spin?
A. Once you've spun the wheel, you'll have the option to spin again, which automatically accepts the prize to your account. You can also choose to accept the prize and check-out, or to reject the prize. Rejecting the prize will reimburse 50% of the Coins used for your spin back to your account.

Q. I won a prize, and I want it. What do I do now?
A. Click 'Redeem Now'. You'll be redirected to your account page, where you can see all existing prizes that you've won over the last 30 days. Once you're ready to check out with your prizes, simply click 'Redeem My Winnings' and proceed to your cart to check out!

Q. Do prizes include free shipping?
A. No, all prizes are still subject to our standard shipping policy. During checkout, you'll have the option to select from standard domestic or international shipping, express international, or In Store Pick Up. If you would like to consolidate your prize with an existing order please contact our staff.

Q. How long can I keep a prize without checking out?
A. Prizes will stay in your account for 30 days after winning. After this, you will no longer be able to redeem them.

Q. I already accepted a prize, but I don't want it anymore. Can you remove it from my account?
A. Once you choose to accept a prize, you will no longer have the option to reject it. You will not be able to reimburse 50% of the Ozzie Coins after a prize has been accepted.

Q. I clicked 'Spin the Wheel' but nothing happened. What gives?
A. Please ensure you have pop-ups enabled before playing Spin to Win on our website.

Q. I'm using a different device and my prizes have disappeared from my account. Are they gone forever?
A. No, but you'll need to log back into the same device used to win the prizes in order to redeem them.
